Comprehensive Fresh Water Supply Implementation for Major Residential Development in Al-Siddiq
The Al-Siddiq Residential Complex experienced recurring freshwater shortages due to limited municipal supply capacity and aging internal distribution infrastructure. During peak summer months, demand surged dramatically, causing frequent pressure drops, inconsistent supply, and prolonged service interruptions that affected thousands of residents. These issues created operational challenges for community management and negatively impacted resident satisfaction and daily living standards.
Al Salsabil Co. conducted a comprehensive assessment of the community’s water infrastructure, consumption patterns, and peak demand cycles. Based on this analysis, we designed a phased water supply solution that combined high-capacity tanker deliveries, strategically positioned intermediate storage tanks, and controlled distribution to stabilize pressure and ensure uninterrupted availability throughout the day.
The solution was supported by GPS-tracked tanker fleets, automated tank-level monitoring systems, and multi-stage water quality testing protocols. Real-time alerts enabled proactive refilling, while strict quality controls ensured full compliance with MEW standards despite high temperatures and extended storage durations.
